A Plumber for Riva's Older Neighborhoods and Newer Builds
Riva is a mix. Neighborhoods like Berkshire, built from 1978 to 1981, and Annapolis Landing, started in 1979, are now more than four decades old. Newer, larger homes keep going up alongside them as Annapolis spreads outward. Both kinds of house send us calls, just for different reasons.
In the older ones, the work is usually about wear: water heaters near the end of their life, supply lines that have lost pressure, and fixtures that have been patched one time too many.
